EPCM, Inc. responsible for AC electrical power, and lighting system design including construction period services for the Yard Rail and Maintenance facility for 6 buildings (Service and Inspection Building for trains, Maintenance of Way Building for diesel operated vehicles, Transportation Police Building, Warehouse Building, Train Wash and Vehicle Storage buildings). Responsibilities include design of 34.5KV Switchgear which feeds to USS and traction power rectifier transformer for 750V DC power for train in SIB and MWB, two unit substations and switchboards/MDP in individual buildings. Coordination of power for all the shop equipment, HVAC and other equipment etc.
