The project included construction of new underpass connecting to the existing Medical Center Station. EPCM was responsible for entire design of power for WMATA section and Mongomery County part, back of the house interior lighting and exterior lighting, power to lighting, and design of two generators. Design included two PEPCO services, double ended substation and generator for WMATA, PEPCO service and Generator for Montgomery County including a total of seven new elevators.
