EPCM was responsible for review and update of existing WMATA Design Criteria electrical section 13, make recommendation to update, coordinate WMATA comments, meetings and update existing design criteria. All electrical design need to comply with WMATA design criteria. Any deviation to the WMATA design criteria needs to be approved by WMATA.
