EPCM, Inc. staff augmentation contract. Project included five new rail stations, station entrances, pedestrian bridges, two Tunnel Ventilation Buildings, cut and cover tunnel, NATM (mined) tunnel lighting and power including site lighting, HVAC and structural. EPCM staff started working on this project from preliminary engineering in 2005 including construction period services up to 2014.
